Master’s degree in psychology. Currently registered as a Psychology Associate in the state of Maryland.

LICENSED GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LGPC) (MARYLAND)
Hold a master’s degree (minimum of 60 credits) or a doctoral degree (minimum of 90 credits) in a professional counseling or related field from an accredited educational institution approved by the Board. Licensed as an LGPC in the state of Maryland.

Options to provide services to clients in office, remotely (teletherapy), and/or hybrid

Client screening/referrals, along with flexibility related to scheduling and client caseload.
Clinician Duties

Ability to provide culturally sensitive therapy services (under supervision) for individuals, couples, and groups

Work with client and supervisor to determine diagnosis and create a collaborative treatment plan

Complete and submit client documentation in electronic medical records in a timely manner (e.g., preliminary intake, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, etc.).

Assisting clients with managing barriers to committing to therapy, including financial limitations, physical barriers (e.g., transportation), and balancing seeking care versus stigmas related to mental health/therapy

Maintain and provide confirmation of liability insurance (minimum amount of coverage is $1,000,000/$3,000,000)

Evening and/or weekend availability is a plus
