(Accepting New Clients)
Hi, I’m Meosha Lewis! I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I currently work with adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, and other interpersonal concerns. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for greater clarity and self-understanding, I strive to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward meaningful change.
As a Registered Psychology Associate and doctoral student at Loyola University Maryland, I practice under the supervision of Dr. Thalia Y. Bishop, Licensed Psychologist. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), techniques. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, and I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and approach conversations about identity, culture, relationships, and life experiences with openness, curiosity, and respect.
Above all, at the heart of my work there is a belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self while developing greater self-awareness, coping skills, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, as well as discovering new food spots and traveling!
